Eylul had a very difficult childhood living with her father and stepmother. When she was suspended from yet another school her father left her with her grandmother in Marmaris. Now living with her grandmother Gulayse becomes an opportunity for a fresh start. Upon meeting her teacher Ali Asaf Denizouglu, she makes a decision to put her life on track. Actually the friendship that develops during these years, the situations that she lives through, and the enemies that she gains becomes the breaking point of the signs of her future. With the loss of her grandmother, she suddenly finds herself with broken dreams and falls completely apart. This is also the news of many separations that follow. From the beginning Ali Asaf realizes that Eylul is very different from his other students, and he tried to win her over many times. By the time he realizes the feelings that he has for Eylul it becomes too late for not opening up to her upfront. It is because of this delay that the two of them are forced to be separated for a period of three years. Until that day when on the roof of a hospital they meet face to face once again as two doctors.
